‘It has just been really bad in the last 24 hours and it’s just like a really uncomfortable pressure that’s kind of right low down at my pubic bone,’ the heiress added while gesturing with her hand.

‘It’s just been worrying me so I’m on my way to see my obstetrician. I’m sure it’s fine. It’s too early for the baby to be coming out.

‘Okay so panic over! The baby is not coming any time soon, she’s absolutely fine. Just monitoring the heart rate and her head is down which I thought it was anyway and it’s pushing on my pubic bone, which is causing this pain.

‘But she’s not she’s not engaged so she’s not about to arrive any time soon. It’s just a big relief it feels weird being back in hospital though like major déjà vu,’ Millie joked.

Sharing an intimate snap with a ribbon of pink dressing wrapped around her growing belly, the former Celebrity MasterChef contestant wrote, ‘My advice would be to always go and see the midwives / or your obstetrician if you are worried about anything at any point in your pregnancy!

‘They really put my mind at rest, seeing an osteopath tomorrow so that should help with the pelvic pain.’

The expectant mother recently revealed her pregnancy symptoms as she entered her final trimester.

The mother-of-one took to Instagram last month to express the variety of ‘weird and wonderful’ feelings she’s been experiencing.

‘A few new symptoms have popped up, some of them are the typical pregnancy symptoms but others are a bit more weird and wonderful…

‘I’m finding that at around 4am some nights I’m woken up by leg cramps, I wake up in so much pain and I often shout out and poor Hugo wakes up thinking I’ve gone into labour, so it’s interrupting not just my sleep but his too!

‘I’m trying magnesium supplements and cream which is meant to help

She went on: ‘I’m also struggling with insomnia so when I get these cramps at 4am, that tends to be me wide awake! I’m led just staring at the ceiling, until I decide I may as well get up.’

Millie also detailed how she has been suffering with lightening crotch – a sharp pain in the vagina, rectum, or pelvis which occurs during pregnancy.

‘Lightening crotch is an painful symptom that I’ve had a couple of times. Out of nowhere I get shooting pains where I basically can’t stand up. I’d heard of it before but I didn’t experience it during my last pregnancy, so it definitely took me by surprise!’
